In Quickbooks PRO 2020 Desktop for MAC, no LLC options are given for a company type. Form 1040 (Sole Proprietor) is still an option. Unless I learn differently from a CPA I’m meeting with after getting Quickbooks set up, if a single-member LLC files as a sole proprietor on Form 1040 schedule C–unless it’s an Scorp–then Form 1040 (Sole Proprietor) is what I need to use for a single-member LLC.
Is it odd that I am so excited to take this course? I must have been a CPA in my first life! 😉
I’m so glad you are excited! I love accounting and can’t explain why, just do. 🙂
