Super Quick and Easy Guacamole Recipe
This Guacamole recipe is a simple method I use to whip up a small batch for breakfast. You'll just need a few ingredients to make this.
Servings: 2 people
- 1 Avocado diced
- 1 Roma tomato diced
- 2 teaspoon Lime juice from half a lime
- 2 teaspoon Litehouse Guacamole seasoning Dehydrated spices
Gather simple ingredients for this delicious guacamole.
Peel and dice avocado.
Juice one half fresh lime using juicer. Add two teaspoons of juice to diced avocado. Store remaining juice to use within a few days in other recipes.
Dice Roma tomato and add to avocado mixture.
Add two teaspoons of Litehouse Guacamole dehydrated seasoning to the avocado mixture.
Serve as side for breakfast, lunch or dinner. This is Whole30 compliant, but if you aren't on Whole30, serve with tortilla chips for a refreshing snack.
